We specialize in high character, good-hearted people who genuinely love seniors. The difference a quality companion can make in a senior’s life is amazing!
What tasks can a companion do?
There are countless benefits (too many to list) to having a senior companion. But in short, here’s a simplified, but not exhaustive list of common tasks our companions provide for our clients:
Transportation/Errands (in companion’s vehicle or client’s)
Wellness check-ups
Help around the house (light housekeeping, laundry, cooking, etc)
Ambulation Assistance
Meal Preparation
Quality Time and Conversation
Fun, Stimulating Activities
Technology Help (phones, computers, etc.)
What tasks does a companion not do?
Companion Care is for those who do not need any Personal Care, such as:
Bathing
Transferring from Wheelchair
Toileting/Incontinence Assistance
Grooming
Dressing
We do provide those services, but it would be considered Personal Care services instead of Companion Care.
